Nathan & Hazel – Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern participation in classes, events, online content, and community activities provided by Nathan & Hazel. By registering for classes, using our website, or participating in our activities, you agree to these terms. 1. Eligibility Participation in classes, groups, or activities may be limited to individuals associated with recognised congregations. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before or during participation. 2. Registration and Membership Users are responsible for providing accurate information when registering for classes or subscribing to updates. We may suspend or remove access where false or misleading information is provided. 3. Conduct and Community Standards All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and other participants. Harassment, abusive behaviour, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from classes, events, or online communities without refund. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision of minors participating in online classes where appropriate. 4. Classes, Recordings, and Educational Content Some classes or events may be recorded and uploaded for educational purposes. Recordings may be made available only to enrolled participants who missed a session. Student video or faces will not intentionally be displayed in recordings, though participant voices may be captured during discussion or class participation. By participating in classes, you acknowledge that recordings may occur. Course materials, videos, and downloads remain the intellectual property of Nathan & Hazel and must not be redistributed, copied, or commercially reused without written permission. Class access, recordings, and subscription materials may not be redistributed, streamed, shared outside the participant household, or used to provide access to non-paying participants. 5. Educational Disclaimer All content provided through classes, events, videos, written materials, or online resources is intended for educational and community purposes only and should not be considered professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. 6. Payments and Refunds Where fees apply, payment must be completed before access is granted. Participants may cancel future classes at any time by notifying us. Refunds for future unused classes may be issued where payment has been made in advance. Refunds will generally not be provided for classes already attended or materials already accessed. 7. Marketing and Communications By registering for classes, events, or newsletters, you may receive communications about future classes, promotions, or community activities. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. 8. Privacy and Data Protection We process personal information under the lawful bases of consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligations where applicable in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Limitation of Liability Nathan & Hazel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in classes, use of materials, website interruptions, or third-party services. 11. Right to Refuse or Remove Access We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in any class, event, or community activity where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect participants, staff, or the integrity of the community. 12. By participating in classes, parents/guardians and students acknowledge and consent to this limited recording arrangement.
