Terms and Conditions for Home School Virtual Classes over Zoom. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in our home school virtual classes conducted over Zoom. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the participant (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the student") and the virtual class provider (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the provider"). By enrolling in our virtual classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Enrollment and Registration 1.1. To enroll in our home school virtual classes, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. 1.2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel enrollment at our discretion. Payment 2.1. Payment for the virtual classes must be made before your place is allotted. You can pay monthly or Yearly. 2.2. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as otherwise specified in these terms and conditions. 2.2.2 All fees are subject to a base rate increase of 4% per annum. Cancellation 2.3. If for any reason you need to cancel the lessons you can stop payments immediately. Also we will refund any payments for future classes if you have paid in advance. You will not be charged for any classes AFTER you inform us of the cancellation. Virtual Class Access and Materials 3.1. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive the necessary information and login credentials to access the virtual classes. 3.2. The virtual classes will be conducted over Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to access and participate in the classes. 3.3. Any materials or resources provided during the virtual classes are solely for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from the provider. 3.4 No recordings of the class are allowed, except by us the provider. These recordings will be made available to students who missed their session ONLY. Any misuse will end in termination of your enrollment without refund. 3.5 Recordings will NOT show the faces of any students, but anyone participating in answering and in discussion will be HEARD ONLY. You can have as many people as you want in one room looking at one device, but sending recordings, splitting connections or using 3rd party software to stream the class to non-paying participants is strictly prohibited as it would be unfair to the hard work that is put into the class preparation and also to everyone else who pays for the classes. Class Schedule and Changes 4.1. The class schedule will be communicated to you upon enrollment. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, including dates, times, and durations, at our discretion.
